1.Current reality We begin by assessing your current situation. Then we create an exciting, inspiring vision of who you want to be, what you want to do, or what you want to have, i.e., your desired outcome.
2.Permission I establish permission to ask you powerful questions designed to lead you to insights. and and small groups by telephone or in person.
3.Questioning We articulate the gap that lies between your current reality and your desired outcome. We craft realistic and achievable goals that can be easily reached within a specific amount of time.
4.Insights Clarity leads to insights. You may experience a degree of clear thinking about your life that will change the way you see yourself forever.
5.Actions For each goal we create a strategy, the road map for getting there. Then we determine the necessary actions you will need to take. Each week I will keep you in actions. You will always know precisely where you are on the road to accomplishment: are you 30, 60, 85% there?
6.Habits Old habits are hard to break and best left to die from neglect. You will establish new habits, new ways of behaving, that will hard-wire you for success.
7.Desired outcome session is one hour, weekly or biweekly. For the very best results, a twelve weeks session is suggested. Email support is included.
